Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 330 – A BILL to amend and reenact §21-5G-1 and §21-5G-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the West Virginia Workplace Freedom Act; eliminating the term “state” from the definitions section; eliminating a provision regarding construction of the act as it relates to the building and construction industry; and clarifying dates of applicability.
